Isle, Wisconsin, is located in northern Vilas County at the intersection
of Cty Hwys B & W, in an area better known as Wisconsin's
Northwoods. Presque Isle is located on the border between
Michigan and Wisconsin, and is a short drive from the ski areas of
Bessemer and Ironwood in Michigan, and the "Lakeland" area
around Minocqua, Wisconsin.
